At Top Dog Training we rescue and rehabilitate many dogs each year. Although most breeds and mix breeds have a need for rescue we are limited to the number we can save so  typically deal with german shepherds and Malinois.  Many of these dogs are in kill shelters and are viewed as being overly aggressive and have limited time before they are destroyed. 

In the majority of cases the dogs that come to us have grown up without clear boundaries. In all cases they have inadequate obedience training and have often been taught inappropriate behaviors. 

After spaying/neutering followed by evaluation and retraining these dogs are placed in appropriate new homes. The new owners are generally selected because of their previous experience with these breeds.
